WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?

Glideforce Fitness will warrant the product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. This warranty applies only when the sale of the product is for personal use or household use. To obtain service under this warranty, please e mail or call our customer service department with your product item number, pictures (if applicable) and purchase information. A representative will determine whether or not the product would be replaced.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel/modify your order during the processing period. However, in the case you are canceling the order there will be a $10 processing fee that will be deducted to your refund. If you wish to cancel/modify your order, please send an email to Glideforcefitness@gmail.com. Orders that are shipped already cannot be cancelled, but can be modified (exchange policy applies)

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXCHANGE THE ANKLE WEIGHT GLIDERS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

If you choose the wrong size, we can offer an exchange. Shipping cost applies and it will be charged to the credit card in file, so it is very important to check the size chart when placing your order. The Original Pair of Ankle Weight Gliders must be received back in our storage in order to send you the pair /new size and you do not need to return the whole kit, Just the Ankle Weight Gliders for the exchange

WOULD YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABLE?

No, we won’t You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returning your item for neither cancelation or exchange. You may return the items thru your local post with the lowest cost available, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND a trackable shipping service, so we could track accordingly the package. We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

CAN I RETURN MY EXERCISE KIT FOR A FULL REFUND?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact/unused and in the same condition that you received it. There is a $10 for re-stock that will be deducted from the refund plus purchaser pays for the shipping cost back to manufacturer.

No refund or return requests will be entertained if the item/s has been with you for more than 14 days. Therefore, please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item/s.
